K tomu může dojít, pokud byl váš licenční klíč zaregistrován na více než 3 počítačích.
Pokud k tomu dojde, vytvořte prosím tiket na naší helpdesku s předmětem „Registrace selhala: Klíč byl použit příliš mnohokrát“. Vysvětlete svou situaci a sdělte nám své uživatelské jméno a klíč k licenci – pokud možno se vám vynasnažíme vyhovět.

MediaMonkey license keys need to go through a validation process to complete the registration process. If you receive a message that the ‘The key has been used too many times’, it means that your license key has exceeded the maximum number of registrations. This can occur if your license key has been registered on more than 3 PCs.
If this occurs, please open a ticket on our helpdesk with the subject ‘Registration failed: The key has been used too many times’. Explain your situation and provide us with your license username and key–we’ll do our best to accommodate you, if possible.
